2U Detailing began as a professional mobile detailing service, providing high-quality ceramic coatings and paint correction directly at our customers’ homes.

You can wash it less but a ceramic coating still needs to be washed regularly and properly for the longevity of the coating. We can show you how to do this as well as the do’s & do not’s.

Absolutely not. PPF is the best form of protection against rock chips. A ceramic is a thing layer that protects the paints clarity & provides hydrophobic properties to make cleaning easier.

A ceramic coating is a long-term investment in your paint that if maintained properly will provide super hydrophobic properties to your paint. It also protects against hard chemicals, water spots, bird droppings, salt & other harsh chemicals. It repels all of the bad stuff and makes for an easier cleaning process. The UV protection is a massive benefit that makes sure your paints gloss stays intact long term.

No. We do not recommend waxing over your ceramic coating. Once the coating is applied you just need to perform basic washes on the paint. We do recommend applying a ceramic boost product after washes every 3-6 months just to boost the life span of the ceramic coating. We will recommend products and methods for free if needed.
